Spacious, clean rooms, great pool, convenient location

hotel requires repairs, price is the same.

It was new-fashioned, huge and with 2 bathrooms.

It was based in very very good building in an unbeatable and fantastic location, very close to metro. It was also so close to marine beach, the supermarket and pharmacy, and a non Radission restaurant.

Personnel who service the pool should be more thorough in cleaning the pool-edge dry leaves and dusty pool floor.

The Hotel is wonderful is very comfort and qiet.

Second to none hotel, nice place for exploring Dubai. Choose studio with perfect view, great facilities plus fridge. Very good service, free parking available under ground. Great choice for trip.

fantastic marina views and close to city attractions

I loved the fantastic view of the Marina and the close proximity to Marina Mall. The staff were genuinely cute and ready to help enhance the experience.

staff are friendly and very cooperative. Apartement was clean and the best thing is the kitchen which has everthing in it. Location is very excellent.

There is only 1 restaurant (Thai) in the hotel. Also the idea of having exclusive swimming pool for ladies is great but it was very small pool.

The Location is really excellent near Dubai Marina, close to Marina mall, and walking distance from the JBR. The reception staff were well trained, friendly and helpful. The balcony setting area and the view were amazing. You will feel like if you didn't leave your home, since everything are available there.

The kitchen was fully equipped but there are no microwave.

- Location was perfect. (1) Jumirah beach: The hotel exit takes you to the marina bridge where you can have a pleasant walk on top of the sea; heading towards Jumairah beach. It takes about 5 minutes to cross the pedestrian walk way on the bridge to get the beach side walk. I loved this location because this hotel is located behind Jumairh beach (away from the crowd and noise) yet it takes you nothing but a 5 minutes walk to the beach. (2) Dubai Marina Mall is within walking distance. Very near (3) Metro Station is exatly 9.5 minutes away "walking distance". (4) It is located at Shaik Zayed Road where you view many sky scraper buildings from your window. - Hotel Residents: During my visit; I noticed the hotel is occupied by a large Saudi Arabian population with a few Europeans. - The most thing I loved about this place is the FREE wireless internet in your room and in the lobby. - The room from the inside was well furnished and beautifully designed. The hotel theme in general is calming and elegant to me. - The hotel is not too far from the mall of the emirates (by taxi, and by metro).

- At my arrival; I had to carry my bags; there was no immediate help for bag pick up. However; They were better prepared during my leave> - Perhaps some music in the lobby could be a plus. - Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa is a little far from here; compared to how near Dubai Marina Mall and Mall of the Emirates are. - give 1 hour (driving time) to reach the airport. The road to airport from here is a bit crowded.

Wonderful service and comfortable room.

The location was perfect and our apartment had plenty of room. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful especially Thelma on reception.

The building works going on across from our balcony but that cannot be helped.

The location is excellent. There is easy access to restaurants, shops, cafes etc in the Marina and also to the beach. The hotel is also close to the metro station which allows quick and easy access to other Dubai destinations - especially when the main road is congested. The marina offers plenty of pedestrian only walkways and this results in quiet, relaxing surroundings for walking or simply sitting and watching the boats move around. The hotel offers apartments which is excellent for a longer stay as you have more space and can really relax in what feels like your own home rather simply a hotel room. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the stay was very relaxing.

The kitchen would benefit from some washing up liquid for dishes and some washing powder or gel for the washing machine as guests do not carry this with them. Although these items can be bought at the local supermarket the waste must be enormous from guest to guest. More than 90% of the smallest available products was left when we vacated after a week. We hope these products were left for future guests but suspect they were thrown out. Such an approach is not environmentally sustainable and hotel provision would be kinder to the environment.

Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement

I appreciated the spacious two-bedroom apartment. Perfect for our group. The kitchen lacked some essentials, made cooking a bit tricky. Easy access to Marina Mall was a big plus. For a more peaceful stay, request a room away from the main road.
